What if you are not satisfied?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. You get free access for the first 7 days. You will then receive an invoice for which we ask you to pay within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, we will immediately withdraw the invoice.
Can I expand the account later?
Yes, it is possible to create additional teams within the account. after seven days or after making the team performance review, you will receive an additional invoice based on 16.50 per month for the remainder of the license.
We want to put together a tailor-made program, is that possible?
Yes, we regularly put together special programs with the themes: leadership, team development and feedback. We always do this in consultation, based on the desired result. We are happy to make a personal appointment for this. This can be done via the contact form or you can email us directly.
How long does a license run?
We work with licenses that are renewed every year. You will be informed one month before the expiration date. You can unsubscribe up to the invoice date.
PS: The added value of the Team Navigator is to do the team performance review repeatedly, so that you can see the difference in time.
